One file per driver
The driver taps Download my records in Goose and sends you the file, by email or text. Records and receipt photos arrive together, named by date and state. No more photos of crumpled receipts in a group text.

Your drivers keep their quarter in Goose. At the end of the quarter each one sends you one complete file: every trip, every fill-up, the receipt photos, the checks and the return worked out. You open them all on the preparer desk, review, and file the way you do today.

Every client on one screen
Open all your drivers' files at once. The desk sorts them for the quarter: who needs attention, who has no tax figure yet, who is ready to file and who is filed, with each driver's tax due or credit.
The review sheet is done for you
Each client opens on the return by state and the checks Goose ran: states missing between two the truck drove, fuel bought where it never drove, an MPG that does not fit, a receipt counted twice, fill-ups typed with no receipt.
Copy, do not retype
Click any figure to copy it into the state's site. Download each return, or the whole desk, as a spreadsheet for your own files.
Chase what is missing in one message
The desk writes the message to the driver: what to fix before you can file and what to look at, in plain words. Copy it into a text or an email.
Nothing leaves your computer
The desk reads drivers' files in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to Goose or anyone else. Keep the desk on this computer if you choose, or clear it when you close the page.
What the desk is, and is not
Same engine as the driver's phone.
- The same arithmetic.The desk works each quarter with the engine the phone uses and the rate table IFTA, Inc. publishes for that quarter.
- Honest labels.Routed, rebuilt and estimated miles stay labelled. Only odometer readings at state lines count as documented.
- You stay the preparer.Goose does not file, sign or submit anything. You file as you do today, under your own process.
- Early access.The desk is free while it is in early access. Preparers who use it now hear about pricing before anything changes.
Getting your drivers on Goose
Tell your drivers to install Goose when it reaches the App Store and Google Play, and to send you their file at the end of each quarter: Settings, Preferences, Download my records. If they keep receipt photos in Goose, the file is a zip with the photos inside; open it on the desk as it is.
