Billing, cancelling and refunds
You pay through the App Store or Google Play, with the account you already use there. Each store renews, cancels and refunds its own subscriptions, so nothing needs a phone call:
iPhone and iPad: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Goose. Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Android: Google Play, your profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Goose. Google Play handles refund requests under its own refund policy.
